1. Who we are
This website is operated by entity legal name, pending confirmation, a company registered in jurisdiction, pending confirmation. In this policy, “Arkya”, “we” and “us” mean that company.
Our fractional sales reportee is a trained human who works part-time for busy sales professionals. They use AI to manage mailboxes and CRM, produce sales materials, and review AI output before submission. Arkya provides this service on a subscription basis.
This policy covers the data we collect through this website. Data you later share with your reportee as part of the service is governed by your service agreement, not this policy.
2. What we collect
Email contact. The site has no signup form. When you email us at the address in section 10, we receive what you send: your email address and the content of your message.
Payment metadata. Payments run on Stripe Payment Links. Your card number never touches our systems. Stripe collects your card details directly and shares back with us only account and checkout details: your name, email, subscribed plan, and payment status. We never receive your card number.
Analytics. We use PostHog in cookieless mode to understand how the site is used. The events we receive are: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location from your IP address, and browser and device type. No advertising identifiers are attached to these events. No analytics cookies are set. No advertising cookies are set. We do not run advertising trackers of any kind.
Email. We do not send you automated emails from this website. Payment receipts and subscription emails come from Stripe. If you contact us, a person may reply to you by email.
We do not buy data about you, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond when you contact us.
- To run your subscription: billing, receipts, account notices.
- To understand which parts of the site work and which do not, in aggregate.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
- To protect the site and our business from fraud and abuse.
4. Who processes it
We use a small set of service providers. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us.
- Stripe handles all payments and card data. Stripe is a US-based processor operating globally under its own compliance program.
- PostHog provides cookieless website analytics. Region: pending selection
- Vercel hosts and serves the website through its global edge network. Vercel is a US-based provider.
If we add or change a provider that handles your personal data, we will update this list.
5. How long we keep it
- Email inquiries that never become customers: deleted 12 months after last contact.
- Customer account and billing records: kept for the life of the subscription plus 5 years, because tax and accounting rules require us to keep transaction records.
- Analytics data: held in aggregate form for 12 months, then deleted.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See section 6.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you,
- correct it if it is wrong,
- delete it,
- give you a copy in a portable format,
- stop processing it, or restrict how we process it,
- withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Email us at the address in section 10 and we will respond within 30 days.
These rights are based on the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
7. International transfers
Our providers store and process data in more than one country, including the United States. That means your data leaves the UAE. Where a provider offers a regional hosting choice, we will state the region we use in section 4.
8. Children
This site and service are for working professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and post the new version on this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will email active customers before it takes effect.
